Gift Vouchers

Treat someone special to a pampering experience they will never forget. Vouchers are offered for every occasion and in any denomination, to be used against any treatment. Simply call in or order by telephone. Please note vouchers are valid for no longer than 9 months and are non-refundable and cannot be refunded or replaced if lost or stolen.

Booking Information

Demand for treatments at rejuvenation is extremely high; we therefore recommend you book well in advance. Please note booking appointments over 1 hour in duration may be subject to a non refundable deposit.

Cancellation Policy

As a courtesy to other clients and our therapists, please provide us with at least 24 hours notice upon the changing or cancellation of any treatment. A 50% cancellation fee will be charged if less than 24 hours notice is given.

Arrival Time

Clients are advised to arrive 10 minutes before the booking time, to fully appreciate the rejuvenation experience. On late arrival we will endeavour to complete the full treatment, however it may be necessary to conclude the treatment at the scheduled time as to be courteous to the next client.

Parking

There is plenty of free on street parking directly outside and within close proximity to our premise. Also there is a large free car park at the bottom of Stand Road Park (accessed via Stand Road). Please note parking further along Sheffield Road is limited to 1 hour with no return within 2 hours.
